Zumoo (zumoo.ai) is operated by M2PLUS FZCO, Dubai, UAE. We provide an AI-powered Instagram content creation platform.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), profile picture
• Brand data: brand name, colors, logo URL, fonts, style preferences
• Content data: post themes, descriptions, AI-generated captions, media URLs
• Billing data: subscription status, plan details (payment processing handled entirely by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record)
• Usage data: session information, IP address, user agent for security

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the content generation service
• To manage your account and subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing)
• To send notification emails you have opted into
• To maintain security and prevent abuse

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: database hosting (PostgreSQL), data stored in AWS Singapore
• Polar.sh: payment processing as Merchant of Record (handles billing, taxes, invoices)
• Resend: transactional email delivery
• Vercel: application hosting
• Sentry: error monitoring (anonymized)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content is generated using AI models. Generated images, text, and videos are stored in your account and belong to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only to maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

• Access: Export all your data from Settings > Account & Data
• Deletion: Delete your account and all data from Settings > Account & Data
• Portability: Download your data as JSON
• Rectification: Update your profile and brand data anytime
• Objection: Manage notification preferences in Settings

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 24 hours. Backup retention: 30 days maximum.
