1. Agreement

By creating an account on Zumoo (zumoo.ai), you agree to these Terms of Service. Zumoo is operated by M2PLUS FZCO, Dubai, UAE.

2. Service Description

Zumoo is an AI-powered content creation platform for Instagram. The service generates images, carousels, and videos based on your brand profile and content briefs using artificial intelligence.

3. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One person or entity per account
  • You must be at least 18 years old

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. No credit card is required for the trial.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record
  • Polar.sh handles all payment processing, taxes, and invoicing
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled according to Polar.sh's refund policy
  • Plan limits (posts per day, brands, content types) are enforced per your current plan

6. AI-Generated Content

  • Content is generated by AI models and may not always be perfect
  • You retain ownership of content generated for your brand
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
  • You must not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique or free from similarity to existing works

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Generate content that is hateful, violent, or sexually explicit
  • Attempt to circumvent plan limits or abuse the service
  • Share your account with others
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the service

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zumoo is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
